About Brett
Brett Hildabrand is fourth generation Kansas native originally from Fort Scott. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree from the College of Agriculture. Brett is a conservative constitutionalist that believes in limited government, protection of personal liberties, fiscal responsibility, states rights and honoring human life at all stages of development. Brett is an active member of the Transformation House Church in Shawnee.
Upon announcing his candidacy, Brett stated, “I strongly stand by the values of limited government, protection of privacy & property, low taxes, and fiscal responsibility. These are the cornerstone ideals our country was founded upon and they are slowly eroding away. I am running for state office in order to defend these ideals. I eagerly look forward to serving the people of Merriam and Shawnee. If elected, I will ensure that your voice is heard in Topeka.
