On September 17th 1787 the delegates to the Constitutional Convention voted to approve the United States Constitution creating the most perfect form of government the world has ever known.  Please take a moment today to reflect on the values and ideals that went into creating this document.  As you honor Constitution Day, remember what Ronald Reagan had to say about our liberty: “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”
